Flanders Coming Out of the Fog
This picture I have here was taken just a couple of days ago here off the dock on Bell Island. We had a few days of heavy fog on the sea, so I thought this picture would be cool to take. The Flanders coming out of the fog.
This is one of the places we went ashore from our cruise ship Freedom of the Seas, Trunk Bay, St. John, the Virgin Islands. My son Ron, his girlfriend Sheila, her mom Ann and me with the Downhome. Thanks to my son it was the trip of a lifetime for me...fantastic cruise.
I needed something creative for my website so I set the shutter speed on my camera as low as I could, zoomed in, snapped the photo and zoomed back slowly as the camera captured the shot. It was a nice surprise!
