While in Cuba in May 2013 I was fortunate to get to Santa Clara and to the square where the Che Guevara Mausoleum is. He was at Castro's side during the 1959 revolution. I had also visited Che's and Fidel's hideaway in the Sierra Maestra mountains, from where they attempted a coup in 1956. Wherever you go in Cuba, Che's photo is there.

In April 2013 I toured Cuba for two weeks. Here I get to see how they make real Cuban coffee by boiling the coffee in a pan and then putting it through the old filters. The end result was delicious.
