We were 10 minutes into the dive at Creole Rock - I pulled the Downhome out of my B.C.D. (Buoyancy Control Device) vest - it started to break apart. Funky Puffin
A blend of Newfoundland and Labrador blueberries with rhubarb creates this medium sweet wine that is fun, delightful and well balanced. It is a great sipping wine and goes well with cheese and crackers. Serve chilled.

This is a photo of groundhog Winnie, found her in the snow bank here in Ferndale, Placentia. Today, her prediction for Ferndale is an early spring. Hope she is right, tired of shovelling all this snow.
Here is a photo of my sister, Diane Tee, teaching her daughter, Catherine, to bake. My sister is a wonderful cook and baker, and Catherine has lots to learn.
