Doha, Qatar is a beautiful spot with new construction of high rises, unique, architecturally pleasing office towers, mosques and marinas. So many fascinating things to see from Rolls Royces on the streets, to souks that include more jewellery that one would normally see anywhere else, busy market places where you can buy everything from food, spices, clothing and rugs to candy and little chickens of all colours of the Rainbow. My son-in-law Eric visited Newfoundland for the first time in August. He is also trying a great meal of fish 'n' brewis for the first time and loving it.
