This is a photo of one of my sunflowers taken in late August of 2008. I didn't plant it. It just grew from the bird seed which dropped on the ground from my window bird feeder.

Ticklish Iceberg
This iceberg was grounded in Greenspond Tickle for most of the summer of 1991, and foundered just as my son, Paul Hoskins, was taking the picture. 1991 was a poor summer, and this photograph was snapped Aug. 24 while Paul was on vacation from Red Deer, Alberta.
