1 3/4 cups crushed graham crumbs
1/2 cup melted margarine
1/4 cup brown sugar
Top:
1 block cream cheese
3/4 cup icing sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 tub Cool Whip
Course: Desserts Directions: Delicious Cheesecake
Bottom:
Mix & spread in 9 × 9 pan. Place in 200 degree oven for 5 minutes.
1. In a bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and baking soda. Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Beat egg, orange juice and peel; stir into dry ingredients just until blended. Add the cranberries and walnuts.
2. Spoon batter into a greased muffin pan. Bake at 400 degrees F for 20 minutes. Cool in pan 10 minutes before removing to a wire rack to cool completely.
1 teabag, or teabag worth of loose tea leaves (earl grey recommended)
1 lemon
2 1/3 cups flour
2 cups blueberries (frozen or fresh, flour dusted)
topping:
1/4 cup fine brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 tablespoon butter
Course: Breakfast Country: Canada Directions: Preheat oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit. Grease standard size loaf pan. Remove tea leaves from teabag. Juice and zest the lemon, then mix tea leaves and lemon zest in with the sugar. Add all the rest of the wet ingredients and mix. Then add in vanilla, baking soda, salt, cinnamon and mix. Add flour and mix half-way, then add flour-dusted blueberries and mix until roughly incorporated (like with a muffin batter). Scrape batter into loaf pan, then mix together the topping and place on top of the batter. Bake for 1 hour 30 minutes to 1 hour 40 minutes, until toothpick or cake tester comes out with very few wet crumbs attached.
Alternatively, this can also be baked as a cake for 40-50 minutes in a 9 inch cake pan, or as muffins for roughly 20 minutes at 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
1/2 cups water, 1/4 cup butter, 1/2 cup flour, 2 eggs.
Filling
1 pkg vanilla instant pudding, 1-1/2 cups milk, 1 tub sour cream (250 ml)
Beat pie filling with milk and add sour cream.
Course: Desserts Country: Canada Directions: Bring water and butter to a boil. Add flour all at once. Stir until mixture forms a stiff ball. Remove from heat. Add eggs, one at a time. Beat until smooth. Place half of mixture on a greased pizza pan and dot other half around outside of circle. Flatten circle dough with greased hand until smooth with no lumps. Bake 30 to 45 mins 350 degs. Cool. Spread with above filling. Spread layer of blueberry jam thickened with custard powder on top of pudding mixture. Cover with dream whip.
Course: Dinner Country: Canada Directions: Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). In a small bowl, mix together the mustard, butter, and honey. In another bowl, mix together the bread crumbs, pecans, and parsley.
Season each salmon fillet with salt and pepper. Place on a lightly greased baking sheet. Brush with mustard-honey mixture. Cover the top of each fillet with bread crumb mixture.
Bake for 10 minutes per inch of thickness, measured at thickest part, or until salmon just flakes when tested with a fork. Serve garnished with lemon wedges.
