The cock-pit
As you go thru' this creation You'r in the cock-pit of your world You make your own decisions It's yours which way you'll whirl. Sometimes the going will be rough Your reputation is your controls You will use them wisely To achieve your many goals. Sometimes you'll find you're in the clouds Visibility Won't be the best It's that thing that comes to all of us It's no more than a test. So as you glide along your way You'll know just what to do You now have topped adversity Your sky will now be blue .

A wish for you
Everything well for you today And you'll enjoy everything the most May your mail-man leave a happy smile And no bills left in the post. I hope the sun shines bright for you And your coffee stays real hot Loads of complements for your smile You deserve more than a lot.

The rocks of Nfld . "We sailed by Lamaline Lighthouse We were headed for St. Pierre The wind was from the north west The sky was very clear . Our schooner was quite heavy We had a load of sand The fog came in, we found ourselves On the rocks of Newfoundland. And now our schooner's grounded The tide is very low We'll had to wait 'till the tide comes back In hopes that we can go . About six O'clock that evening The tide was rising fast Our keel it wasn't damaged And we sailed off at last. And now while on our way again French Island we did land We're happy to be far away From the rocks of Newfoundland . Soon we'll bid them all good bye We were happy on our way And happy to be back again In our home in Fortune bay . And now the crew will go on shore And find work where they can They never want to be back again On the rocks of Newfoundland . " ... Hide full submission

Our Excistence
"For our excistance here on earth We have but one life to live It's a privilage to be happy For so much we have to give. I'm not thinking anything montery Altho' that is much thought of It's that thing we have of plenty That wonderful word called Love. Why are we shy to use this word That originated from above It came down to us from Heaven On the wings of a snow white dove . So when we great our many friends Something special's there to give Just rememger the words of Gleason As he said, how sweet it is . "

A LEGACY
"A LEGACY When all is said and done Of life, we have but one. To live as we see fit, Though other lives we help knit. With everything we say and do We will influence a few. To be remembered when we're gone To have our memory live on, That is the hope of everyone Why every man wants a son. To be remembered on this earth You don't need to create birth. Sometimes your example stands Brighter than paternal mans. To be loved like a dad By children another man had, Is by far the better thing Than a hundred sons to this world bring."

Damsel's Rescue
"Knight! Do you long to be in this duel? Is it the duel of death or play? What must you win? The love of your damsel, Or to protect the innocence? Either way, do what you do best! Conquer, Protect, And Love! Noble one lay your sword down to love! For love, is mightier than the sword! For it has conquered more hearts, than the sword! No more blood shed, No more pain! Surrender to love and you would have won the greatest battle of all! "
