The orginial store, as seen in the 1950s picture, burned to the ground. Mr. Sharpe rebuilt the store. He also had buses and a garage. The garage is still in business and ran by his son Ray, and the store and gas pumps were eventually ran by sons Gerald and Ed. Gerald has since retired and the store is now ran by Ed Sharpe.
