Standing on the left is me (William Butt) now residing in Grand Falls-Windsor and on the right is my brother (Albert Butt) who resides in Cambridge, Ontario. This picture has always been the talk of the family. The codfish in this photo weighed a whopping 83 pounds. Our cousin (Chesley Butt) of Burnside, Bonavista Bay is behind the splitting table on the wharf and he is holding up the cod with a pitchfork. This cod was caught by our father (Heber Butt) who passed away in 1985. Try to catch a cod this size today!! Don't see it happening. Would love to see this story in the Downhome. It would make my day!
Seriously, You Know I'm Cute! (1 comments)
You got to love this picture! It's my niece's dog Rocko. He has got to be the cutest pup ever. Just look at his face. His eyelashes are amazingly long and he's just got this "you know I'm adorable" look. Don't you agree?! Cheers, Bernice
I've been capturing pictures of my baby robin family. They are almost completely grown up now. I suspect they will be leaving the nest soon and giving Mom and Dad a rest. I really enjoyed watching them hatch and grow. It was a lovely experience indeed. You might say I truly got a "bird's eye view" of this family! Cheers, Bernice
Almost Grown! (1 comments)
This is a picture of one of my baby robins. There are three in total. They will soon be big enough to leave the nest and start families of their own. I really enjoyed watching them grow! It didn't take long either. Cheers, Bernice

Resting Robin Babies!
I have a few pictures of my family of baby robins on Downhome. Here's one of the three babies just sleeping, awaiting the return of Mom or Dad to feed them. They grow so very, very fast. I suspect before too long they will be flying away. I hope you enjoy the pictures. Cheers, Bernice.
This is a recent picture of my "robin" family. I have another picture of my baby robins on Downhome taken about a week or so ago....looking to be fed. Just look how fast they have grown. There are three baby robins in total. The mom and dad are busy, busy, busy bringing them food. I hope you enjoy the pictures. Cheers, Bernice,
