I found this item back in the early '70s while walking the shoreline on the south side of Renews harbour. No one I have asked knows what is was used for. Anyone out there have an idea?

My wife and I have long considered Kingman's Cove Fermeuse a treasure but when this rainbow appeared to end in our flower pot we were sure of it.
