Misty Rainbow
The North Atlantic is still somewhat violent following Hurricane Leslie's visit. With the waves creating a mist, the sunlight creates a rainbow amongst the explosive surf.
From the 'Gut' at Quidi Vidi, backdropped by a stormy morning in the North Atlantic, the iceberg(s) with overcast skies most definitely have a turquoise hue to them.
This photo, taken from the Quidi Vidi Battery, which overlooks the ocean, shows the three icebergs in the "Gut." A mere 12 hours earlier, the long iceberg rolled and split.
