When does my subscription expire? You can find out when your subscription expires by looking at your address label. There is a date printed just above your name; this is your expiry date. Or you can call our customer service line at 1-888-588-6353.


How do I change my address?

When should I expect to receive my issue each month?
Issues of Downhome are mailed at different dates each month. They are normally mailed between the 18th and the 23rd of the month previous. For example, the May issue is usually mailed April 18-23. Delivery times vary depending on location, and due to the nature of the mailing it can take 4-14 business days. If you live in Canada, you can expect to receive your magazine no later than the 15th of the issue month. Exceptions apply to December and January issues where special accommodations are made for the Holiday issues.


How can I pay for my subscription?
We accept cash (please do not send cash in the mail), cheque, money order, Visa, MasterCard and American Express.


Why am I receiving another renewal notice? I just sent my payment.
Our renewal notices are generated about a week before they are mailed. With the delivery time, your payment or renewal order may cross our notice in the mail.

I just received my invoice for a gift that I purchased.
The “bill to” and “ship to” are my address, but it is supposed to be shipped as a gift to a different address. This is just for the invoice portion. If you look closely at your invoice, you should see that it states “Gift For: Recipient’s name here.”

A limited number of issues are available for sale from our office. Orders must be pre-paid. The cost is $7.49 CDN per copy, for Canadian orders; $9.49 CDN for US orders; for international orders, please call 1-888-588-6353. These prices include postage and handling but do not include sales tax.
