Here is one of Chef Roary's favourite recipes for leftover turkey:

GREEN GRAPE TURKEY SALAD

3 cups diced, cooked turkey
1 cup sliced celery
1 cup cooked rice[img=][/img]
1 cup green grapes
1 cup mayonnaise
3 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp salt
Dash of cayenne pepper

Combine all ingredients. Chill. Serve with cranberry sauce. Serves 6.
