Mocha Banana Latte Smoothie
A healthy choice for all you chocoholics out there.
2 bananas, peeled and sliced, fresh or frozen
1 cup cappuccino or coffee flavoured yogurt
1 cup lower fat chocolate milk
For a quick escape to somewhere tropical.
1 peach, sliced
1 mango, peeled and diced
1/2 cup vanilla soy milk
1/2 cup orange juice, or as needed
Each recipe makes two servings and the directions for all are the same. For each smoothie: Combine all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth. Add more juice or milk for desired consistency.
